My Mac Doesnt Let Me Download Anything
When I had the Norton trial on my emachine D525, my comp worked fine. I was able to play and download games from Iwin.com and Big Fish Games. I was able to download.exe files from download.com, etc. But ever since I got McAfee VirusScan v8.7i from my university IT store (FIU), McAfee won't let me do anything. Navigate to the Download or Application you just installed to your Mac Instead of Double-Clicking on the Icon to open, Right Click on it and choose 'Open' A Pop-Up Window will appear telling you that the Software is from an Unidentified Developer, but it will give you the option to Open it anyway.

Been like this for a while now, just can't download anything, it either pauses/suspends the download by itself or says downloading 0 bytes. Occassionally it will download like 100kb then stop again. I want to download apps in the Mac App Store and the apps won't start to download. As you can see in the pictures below, the spinner starts spinning but nothing gets downloaded, the download simply doesn't start. I am logged in with my account. I tried logging out of the App Store and logging in again, restarting the Mac etc, nothing helped.
